Son r\u00f4le consiste \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs de vente, \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 et \u00e0 soutenir la strat\u00e9gie de croissance \u00e0 long terme de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Directeur des ventes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Description de l&#039;emploi:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identifier et d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s commerciales sur les march\u00e9s cibles (construction, b\u00e2timents commerciaux, fabrication, industrie, p\u00e9trole et gaz).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promouvoir et sp\u00e9cifier la gamme de produits et de services de lutte contre l&#039;incendie de LIFECO, notamment les extincteurs, les syst\u00e8mes d&#039;extinction, les alarmes incendie et les gicleurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atteindre et d\u00e9passer les objectifs mensuels et trimestriels de vente et de d\u00e9veloppement commercial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9parer et pr\u00e9senter des pr\u00e9sentations techniques aux clients, aux consultants et aux autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9tablir et entretenir des relations clients solides gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des suivis et un soutien r\u00e9guliers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9seautez et collaborez avec des consultants en lutte contre les incendies et des repr\u00e9sentants de clients pour obtenir des opportunit\u00e9s commerciales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comprendre les exigences du client et travailler avec l&#039;\u00e9quipe technique pour proposer des solutions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie sur mesure, y compris pendant la phase de conception.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00e9n\u00e9rez des leads et des opportunit\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9s pour l&#039;\u00e9quipe commerciale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restez inform\u00e9 des tendances de l\u2019industrie, des normes NFPA, des codes d\u2019incendie locaux et des activit\u00e9s des concurrents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repr\u00e9senter LIFECO lors d&#039;expositions, de salons professionnels et d&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nements de r\u00e9seautage pour am\u00e9liorer la visibilit\u00e9 de la marque.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenez des registres pr\u00e9cis des prospects et des opportunit\u00e9s et assurez une transmission appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9quipe de vente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilisez les outils CRM\/Salesforce pour g\u00e9rer les informations clients et suivre les opportunit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Sp\u00e9cification du poste :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baccalaur\u00e9at en g\u00e9nie (pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9) ou dans un domaine connexe.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au moins 5 ans d&#039;exp\u00e9rience en marketing, d\u00e9veloppement commercial ou vente, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le secteur de la protection incendie ou de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une solide connaissance des syst\u00e8mes de protection incendie et des r\u00e9glementations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est essentielle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apparence professionnelle avec d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences en communication, n\u00e9gociation et pr\u00e9sentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 expliquer des concepts techniques \u00e0 des intervenants non techniques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
