About the Role

To provide timely support for the sales team through managing various administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth operation processes. Liaising through different departments in order to get the required results of the work is necessary.

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF SALES

𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• Process sales orders, tracks, and follow-up its status till its completion.
• Follows up quotation and estimates from the Engineering department and ensures these quotations are received on time by the respective clients.
• Prepares the Order Acknowledgement Form to be signed by both the client and the Sales representative.
• Coordinates with logistics team the timely delivery of the products as per the sales order.
• Answers customers’ queries accurately.
• Provides after sales feedback to clients when the need arises.
• Provides related documents that maybe required by the clients from time to time.
• Perform other work-related tasks as per the instructions of one’s line manager.

𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

• Preferably a graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field of study
• Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support
• Highly competent in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PPT) and CRM software
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong communication skills
• Ability to work with less supervision
• Attention to the details
