Our High-Velocity Water Spray Nozzle, available in various spray angles and with a 3/4″ BSPT thread size (NPT optional), is a standout product. These internal swirl plate type open nozzles are crafted for fixed water spray or deluge systems, specialising in fire protection applications.

They generate a solid, uniform, and dense core of high-velocity water spray, effectively controlling fires by cooling surfaces and extinguishing flames. Ideal for protecting special hazards like oil-filled transformers, switchgear, chemical process equipment, and flammable liquid storage areas, they operate best at pressures between 3.5 Kg./sq.cm. (50 psi) to 7 bar.

The nozzles, featuring inbuilt strainers and an optional blow-off cap, can be oriented in any position to optimally cover hazards, ensuring rapid fire extinguishment through high-velocity water delivery.

Additionally, our Medium Velocity Water Spray Nozzle, available in size 1/2” BSPT or NPT, comes in two models: A and AS & BS. These open-type, non-automatic nozzles are designed for directional spray applications in fixed fire protection systems.

With an external deflector, they discharge water in a cone-shaped pattern of small droplets, ensuring uniform distribution over the protected surface. The nozzle offers various K factors and spray angles, ranging from 65° to 140°, providing versatility for different fire protection scenarios.
